Terry O'Hearn leads overall guidance, governance, and capital structuring for DDAI's EIN platform and federated network. A veteran entrepreneur with 30+ years in corporate finance , blockchain, AI-integrated healthcare, and public markets. He has founded and led multiple companies across commodities, technology, and consumer services, with a long operational history in Alberta and Western Canada.
At DDAI, the CEO's mandate is to align institutional capital, project developers, and regulated customers around scalable, energy-aware AI deployments, enabling hospitals, banks, telcos, and industrial operators to run advanced models on their own data while preserving privacy and compliance.

Zoran Tadić is a technology strategist and AI infrastructure leader with 20+ years' experience designing secure, mission-critical systems for healthcare, finance, and energy. An early pioneer in conversational AI and core developer of A.L.I.C.E., he has led large digital transformation programs, including modernization of IT and data systems for one of Southeast Europe's largest clinical centers. His background spans cybersecurity, blockchain, and green technology platforms as well as global process optimization roles at AVG and Avast.
As CTO and board member, he helps shape DDAI's roadmap for EINs and FIaaS, ensuring they meet the demanding security and compliance needs of regulated and sovereign customers.

Dr. Xie holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Zhejiang University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Queen's University, Canada. She has held academic and industrial positions across natural product extraction, polymer chemistry, electrochemical systems, and advanced materials. As Chief Scientist at ASTRIS Energy Inc., a pioneering Canadian hydrogen fuel cell company, she led development of commercial portable fuel cell generators and next-generation electrode materials, and supported scaling hydrogen systems and related public financing. She holds 20+ patents in materials chemistry and advanced process systems, bringing DDAI deep expertise in hydrogen, materials, and energy system design.

A third independent director seat is reserved for a senior industry expert (e.g., major healthcare, telecom, or infrastructure background), to be appointed in alignment with lead institutional investors.
Technology & Ecosystem Advisor
With 37+ years in ICT, including over 20 years in cybersecurity, a decade in AI, and extensive Web3 and data center experience, Jorge serves as Technology & Ecosystem Advisor at DDAI. He previously acted as CTO Ecosystem at Huawei, driving data center, AI, cloud, IoT, and cybersecurity transformation programs across the Middle East and Africa, overseeing a US$200M infrastructure portfolio. He created the widely referenced A6 Security Framework (Assess, Architect, Apply, Administer, Awareness & Agility) and now connects DDAI to a broad ecosystem of investors, regulators, and technology partners worldwide.
Energy & Field Operations Advisor
Mark is an expert in the Alberta oil and gas sector with a dual background in banking and industrial equipment. As Business Development lead at Calroc Industries Inc., a major supplier of oilfield equipment (tanks, separators, pumps, compressors) across Western Canada, he brings front-line exposure to brownfield and greenfield projects. Mark advises DDAI on aligning EIN deployments with field operations, midstream infrastructure, and producer economics, helping to structure bankable projects and de-risk deployments on producing assets as the sector transitions toward lower-carbon, data-driven operations.
CEO, Calroc Industries
Dan Echino is a veteran energy-sector innovator with 50+ years of operational and entrepreneurial leadership. After early roles with Hudson Bay Oil and Gas, Alta Natural Gas, and Petro-Canada, Dan co-founded Corlac Resources and later built Corlac Equipment and Corlac Industries into a global oilfield manufacturing group with 350 employees and $8M in monthly sales. His teams produced industry-leading technologies, including the patented SKUD free-water knockout, supplying markets across North America, the Middle East, and Latin America. In 2010, Dan co-founded Calroc Industries, now a 130-person operation generating $36M annually. As CEO, he continues to drive growth and diversification amid an evolving Canadian energy landscape. Dan has served on multiple private and public boards and splits his time between Calgary and Lloydminster with his family.
